GRILLED MEMPHIS PORK CHOPS

NEED

  • 4-8 Pork Chops ( about 1/2 – 1 inch thick )
  • favorite BBQ Sauce
  • MEMPHIS RUB ME TENDER SPICE RUB

Shake MEMPHIS SPICE liberally over both sides of the Pork Chops. Rub the spice in gently with your hands. This spice rub will form a flavorful concentrated crust around your meat, while also sealing in the juices.

Place pork chops on a grill at medium heat. Make sure not to burn them as they will dry out & lose flavor. Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 160 Degrees F. About 2 minutes prior to being done, brush your BBQ Sauce on one side of pork & turn. Repeat with the other side. You only want to cook the Pork Chops about a minute per side with the BBQ Sauce on so the Sauce does not burn.

Remove from heat, serve, & enjoy.
