GRILLED X HOT CAJUN RIBEYE STEAK
NEED
- Ribeye Steaks
- Olive Oil or oil of choice
- X HOT CAJUN GATOR BITE 4 CHILI & HONEY SPICE RUB
Take your steaks & lightly coat with your oil of choice over both sides of the meat. Next, shake the X HOT CAJUN SPICE all over both sides of the steaks. Season according to taste. Rub the spices thoroughly into the steaks on both sides. This rub will give your steaks a flavorful, concentrated crust that will seal in the meats juices. ( You can do this the night before, & the spice rub will act as a marinade. For a more subtle taste, season a couple hours or right before cooking. )
Grill the steaks over an open flame until steaks have a nice caramelization. Be careful not to overcook the steaks, or they will lose tenderness, juiciness, & flavor. When the steaks are done, let them sit 5 minutes before cutting in to them. * This will keep all the juices from running out of the meat. *
X HOT CAJUN SCRAMBLED EGGS
NEED
- 5 Large Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Butter or Oil of choice
- 1/4 pound Andouille Sausage
- 1 Tablespoon Milk or Water
- X HOT CAJUN GATOR BITE 4 CHILI & HONEY SPICE RUB
In a large bowl, beat the 4 Eggs with Milk or Water. Season the Eggs with X HOT CAJUN SPICE to taste.
Next, cut or dice the Andouille Sausage. Add the Oil or Butter & brown in a fry pan over medium heat until completely cooked. Very lightly sprinkle with X HOT CAJUN SPICE while cooking.
Add the eggs. Start stirring the Eggs & Sausage until the Eggs are completely scrambled. Remove from heat & enjoy.
