1 pound ground chuck or ground round
Your favorite fresh chunky Salsa
Sliced pepper jack cheese
Other favorite condiments & toppings of choice
Wild Wild Southwest Mesquite & Coffee Spice Rub
Onion roll or favorite hamburger roll
Form meat into 4oz. patties. Shake Southwestern Spice Rub to taste onto both sides of the burgers. Rub the spices gently into the both sides of the meat with both hands.
Cook burgers over an open flame or in a fry pan to desired doneness. * Be careful not to burn the burgers or they will dry out & lose flavor. The spice rub will create a flavorful concentrated crust on the outside of the burgers while sealing in the juices.
Combine the burgers with the salsa, pepper jack cheese, & your desired toppings with your favorite roll. Enjoy!
